An open living and dining space with a couch and TV, a large dining table, and a wet bar with sink, microwave, and coffee essentials. Big windows look onto the backyard, San Pedro Creek, and the mountainside beyond.

A master suite made for rest

King bed, seating area, and walk-in closet. Full blackout curtains for late mornings. The bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Rooftop & outside

Spiral up to the deck. Or wander to the creek.

A spiral staircase, reachable from either the ground floor or the master, leads to a private rooftop deck with a fire pit. A private patio and creekside patio wait below. And there's a private sauna.

Your arrival

A private path in.

Guests use their own entrance, a plant-lined wooden walkway that winds up past yuccas and native shrubs to the suite door. You'll never share a hallway with the main house.

Good to know

A few honest details so you can decide if it's the right fit.

  • Designed for two adults. This is a couples retreat.
  • Open staircase between levels, with no interior doors between floors.
  • Not suitable for children. Stairs, balconies, rooftop deck, and the creek are not childproofed.
  • No smoking anywhere inside the home.
  • Downstairs windows are unshaded, but there are no sightlines to neighbors.
  • Creek volunteers visit the creek path on Mondays, 10am–noon, for water-quality testing.
